The Daily Papua, --- One of the church leaders in Paniai, Pastor. Niko Degei, denied the claims of the Coordinating Minister for Politics and Security, Tejo Edi Purdijanto, which states the issue of the deaths of five civilians in Paniai, Papua, has been solved by custom.

"We want church leaders asked, when the Coordinating Minister for Political and Security and his team to come sit and talk with people in Paniai, especially the families of the victims, not deception and getting hurt liver victim's family," said Degei, members of the media on Wednesday (17/12 / 2014), afternoon at Enarotali, Paniai.

According Degei, to this day the church leaders still continue to coordinate with the families of the victims, including the local government, is also associated with traditional council resolution of cases in which five civilians.

Degei also asked the security forces, especially the military and police to not continue doing public deception by stating OPM as the shooter.

Meanwhile, one of the community leaders in Paniai, Abia Gobay said, people still continue to demand the government's commitment and the State in solving problems related to the deaths of five civilians.

"We also require the Commission to immediately form a fact-finding team, in order that Police Chief and Commander XVII / Cenderawasih be requested information, including if need be removed from office," said Abia.

According to him, in previous years in December in Paniai celebrated with joy, and looks peaceful Christmas, but this time the atmosphere of Christmas is not celebrated as it should.

"We all grieve, and we do not celebrate Christmas, unlike previous years, the Christmas song always sounds everywhere, but now Paniai silent once," said Abia Gobay.

Earlier, Chairman of the Tribal Council Paniai, Jhon NR Gobay protested statement Coordinating Minister for Political and Security which mentions the massacre of five civilians in Paniai has been solved by custom.
