December 19, 1961, Sukarno proclaimed TRIKORA in North Square of Yogyakarta with the aim to fail of formation of the State of West Papua has been declared on December 1, 1961. The initial expression does TRIKORA the Indonesian occupation of land, the people and the State of West Papua.

Realization of contents Trikora, Sukarno as Commander of the Supreme Command issued Presidential Decree No. 1 of 1962 which ordered the Commander of the Mandala, Major General Suharto to conduct military operations under the name Operation Mandala to West Papua to wrest the region from the Dutch.

Finally made some waves Military Operations in West Papua with a military unit deployed to operations by air infiltration phase as Banten Kedaton Operation, Operation Garuda, Operation Wolf, hare Operation, Operation Dragon, Operation Eagle, Operation barn, Operation Jatayu. This fact justifies the presence of Indonesia in Papua aims to dominate and colonize, not to build up the People of Papua. Thus, the Alliance of Papuan Students demand and urged the Indonesian government to immediately:

1. Give Freedom and the Right to Self-Determination as a Solution For Papuan People's Democratic.

2. Pull Military (TNI and police) Organic and Non-Organic from Whole Papua For Peace Terms.

3. Close Freeport, BP, LNG and other MNC What Is a Crime Dalang Top Humanity in Papua.

Thus this statement, we call upon all the people of Papua to Unite and Fight seize ideals and the People's Liberation True West Papuans. And for the attention and support of the whole people of Papua, we said thank you. God is with us.
